THE ROLE

You'll own the seam between design and engineering across client products — design systems, prototypes that become production code, and the polish that makes serious software feel inevitable. Portfolio over pedigree.

01Build and maintain design systems that client teams actually adopt.
02Prototype in code — your explorations ship, not just your specs.
03Audit and fix performance and accessibility across client front-ends.
04Pair with engineers on every account to raise the bar for interface quality.
YOU, PROBABLY
—5+ years in front-end or design engineering with a portfolio that shows both craft and restraint.
—Expert CSS and TypeScript; fluent in the design tools your collaborators live in.
—You've built a design system that survived its second team.
—Strong opinions about typography, loosely held about tooling.
—Comfortable working async across four time zones.
