THE ROLE

You'll run incident response across our managed-SLA accounts — freight, utilities, healthcare — and spend the quiet weeks making the loud ones rarer. Every postmortem you write changes a runbook, a dashboard, or an architecture.

01Lead incident response across managed accounts; you own the bridge when the pager fires.
02Turn every incident into prevention: postmortems with teeth, and the authority to schedule the fixes.
03Tune alerting so on-call weeks are survivable — noise is a bug you're empowered to fix.
04Rehearse failure: run game days with client teams before production runs them for real.
YOU, PROBABLY
—6+ years running production systems under an SLA, with incidents you can walk us through end-to-end.
—Fluent in observability tooling and honest about what dashboards can't tell you.
—Calm on a bridge call at 3 a.m., and clear in the postmortem at 10.
—You've deleted more alerts than you've created.
—Written communication strong enough to replace a meeting.
